Per this tweet, Kenny says, “ Coaches want to beat you with their work ethic, their toughness, their attention to detail. That's what I'm saying."

Well Kenny, your team is not doing those things either!! Sheesh!! Try again.

I'm not following the team like you guys so somebody help me out. If he wants to see work ethic, he needs to play Okorafor right? That kid isn't polished, but he is giving you everything he has. He didn't play in exh?

No minutes for Okorafor or Koron Davis in the 2nd exhibition. With how little BHH gave us, I would've loved to see Okorafor get a chance.

Silly. Can he really be picky about how he wins?

Win. Basketball. Games. That’s your job, and after last year, what you need to do if you want to keep it. Whether you win with talent or work ethic or with the right culture is irrelevant at this point.

Talk about focusing on crap that doesn’t matter….

I believe there must be some form of discipline going on with those two not playing. I've not heard about any injuries.

It's certainly isn't a rare thing a coach sitting a player in an exhibition game to send a message. This could be a good head coaching decision by KP? We just don't know because there's no relationship with KP and the fans.

The fans are going to assume the worst because so far, KP has been the worst.

I am also wondering if the mindset of exhibition games are changing to more like NFL preseason. In the past you wanted to come out and smoke some sacrificial lamb to work out the kinks and get the fans excited. With St Johns loosing an exhibition game, UK sleep walking with no bigs engaged in their first X game. I wonder if coaches are starting to use these as experiments to see which bench warmer needs more attention? Will see tomorrow. After Okafor had a great summer, including a double double against UK, I was expecting more...
