I could only skim the article and attachments. So, Sidney's family withdrew roughly $50k from the non-profits funded by Reebok and can't/won't support what those payments were used for. Additionally, the committee has stated that it was reasonable to infer these payments were only received based on Sidney's bball abilities?
Sounds to me that he is 17'ed and this was a big waste of time and a attention-***** spectacle on behalf on Don. I'm no expert, but those sound like pretty serious charges and the fact it was funds withdrew from non-profits turns it into an issue beyond the scope of just athletic eligibility, right?
Somebody please tell me I'm wrong - I have to have missed something because it seems like Jackson wouldn't have released this letter if basically states that the Sidney family withdrew thousands of dollars from a non-profit and refused to back it up.
