Hopefully our "Fans" don't try to run him off like the last time we had recruits on campus.

They'd just be trying to do him a favor. After all, most of our fans know more about football and what's best for him than his dad does.

I've heard 3 different recruiting guys on the radio say that our fans weren't saying negative things directly to the recruits, but that there were things overheard by the recruits as the fans were leaving the stadium. Which is what lead Jr. to say what he did about the fans.
Maybe those guys were wrong, but each one said they directly asked recruits about it when they heard of it.

I guess we'll just have to win so the fans don't complain.

Would be huge to get these guys. The WR position needs to be upgraded in a big way. We have a couple studs, but it would be nice to have about 5-6 of those guys.

Not until USC hires a coach, he's a big Nebraska lean at this point.
I just seems like he is either at USC or Nebraska every Saturday. What about Gebbia (he's a bigger get imo)? Do we lead for him? Are they a package deal?

Sure is nice to hear about how NU is right in the race with the big dogs for some big kids.

I believe he's been at Nebraska more than any other school, including USC, and it'll grow even more when he visits next Saturday. From everything I've heard and/or read, he'll be a Husker unless USC hires the "right guy". Who that right guy is, I have no idea but it has to be someone KJ Sr approves of.

I think we're a slight leader for Gebbia, not sure if they're a package deal or not.

These types of verbals would do wonders!!!!!!!
N should be a Homing Beam for opportunity; he can bring a lot of friends to wide open chances to start. Its simply true ; there are as many as 8-10 transfers coming. We need quality people like this family and their friends ; just exceptional talent isn't always enough.. .. Our roster spells " Opportunity ".

Getting guys on campus on their own dime has always been the biggest hurdle for Nebraska. Very encouraging to see this many trips to Lincoln. At the same time, you would expect USC to make a very good "splash" hire...so I expect it to be a battle with USC at the end.

The one definite advantage Nebraska has is that the USC bagman shouldn't be a factor in this race-since the family already has money.
