As boring as our football jerseys. They're going to put the flags back, right? Surely they're going to put the flags back.

The earth is healing itself again*
Thinks it’s been open about 10 yearsI just learned there is now a 2nd cafeteria on campus. Good. 1 cafeteria for such a large enrollment was odd.
This really pisses me off if trueI don’t think so bc you can see flags placards attached to one of the walls. It looks really cold/bland in there without them.

In 1972 on Monday nights you could get a T bone steak, baked potato, bread, salad, and drink for $1.25. Had many a meal in there back in the day. Good times.I don't know if there were flags when I was in school, but I've had many-a 50-cent student plates in that cafeteria. For some reason, the place looks smaller now (in the picture). If I recall, the price was the same my freshman year as it was my senior year - meat, 3 vegetables, dessert, and drink.
But is it made out of gopher wood?**If the world is destroyed by a second flood, at least the students could flip the cafeteria over and survive
It does look cold and bland without them. It was a really cool thing we did for the international students, and it made the space interesting.I don’t think so bc you can see flags placards attached to one of the walls. It looks really cold/bland in there without them.
Baddog11’s head might explode if they put them back.It does look cold and bland without them. It was a really cool thing we did for the international students, and it made the space interesting.
Doesn't it need something for sound absorption? Hard floor, hard walls.Baddog11’s head might explode if they put them back.
Was there seriously someone who had an issue with the flags?Baddog11’s head might explode if they put them back.
Yeah, down by the old tennis courts and intramural fields as we used to know them back in the day. I understand.....I went through campus and town last week for the first time in 5 years to take a more in depth tour. Construction everywhere. And stay far away from #82 going through downtown. I made that mistake and it took about an hour before it released me from its clutches! The traffic flows and streets, I do believe, change on a yearly basis. Somebody better study up and give us a new map before opening game vs AZState or it will be all out gridlock. I swear, I almost didn't recognize the campus.Thinks it’s been open about 10 years
My Dad lived in Ole Main. He said you deserved a service ribbon if you survived living there for 4 years. If the world is destroyed by a second flood, at least the students could flip the cafeteria over and survive
there were 4 last time I checked: Perry, Fresh Foods, Vet School, athletic building. And yes, the typical student was allowed to eat in any of these with a meal plan.I just learned there is now a 2nd cafeteria on campus. Good. 1 cafeteria for such a large enrollment was odd.

They are closing those areas down from 6am-5pm for move in. Some offices are working from home, but I'll have a decent walk to mine all week.I had already realized that Monday morning after AZ St will be a major ***** fest about parking and in/out traffic flow, and that's win or lose. If we lose it will be even worse.
I heard they are closing most areas around the dorms starting tomorrow and you will need a pass to get anywhere near a dorm the rest of the week, only 2 passes per student that will be moving is will be allowed inside those areas no matter if you work on campus or not. That should make for an interesting commute for faculty/staff this week.
Vet school is now grab and go and the athletic building is closed to non-athletes. There is a new dining option and grab and go open to all students in Azaleathere were 4 last time I checked: Perry, Fresh Foods, Vet School, athletic building.
