And hopefully he gets the yardage record from Brezzus
Still not as impressive, though. You're probably a run of the mill Memphis guy who for some reason hates the Saints and Brees but Brees threw for 5,000 once when teams didn't throw a 100 times a game and another 2 times with the same average, mediocre WR corp. If Brady ever had the guys in addition to Welker he'd have 5,000 x3 too... it's just not as impressive.

Peyton will probably break the record next week, but he'll just never be the same as Brees to me. Peyton will go down as the best mind in football history, but Brees is the best arm in the NFL's history and that can't change by a broken record. Brady is still the better QB of the two, and somehow he won't hold any records by the time he retires.

We are truly in the golden age of the QB's. Name me a time when 4 QB's (Favre, Manning, Brady, Brees) played at the same time who will all end their careers as the top 10 of all time. 17 Rodgers. Overrated POS.

What does being from the memphis area have to do with anything. It's simple. Knew some annoying saints fans. Don't like the saints.

Brees broke the record 2 years ago. Manning has put up the better numbers by far.

If you want to complain abut what Manning has, you should start by asking what Manning could have done if he had an offensive minded coach.

Manning has no better weapons than Brady had. Brady had Moss and Welker. Brees had Graham and Colston

Brady has the rings. Brees has the INTs.
