put together. Shoots 80% from the line, much better ball handler, defender, has 10 times more athleticism, and is not a bad shooter comparatively speaking. He might make a few bad plays per game, but he makes up for it with his all around play. Dude can jump out of the gym too.
maybe I missed the sarcasm, but this is one of the dumber things i've heard. His toughness is the ONLY reason we are able to get away with the 4 guard lineup. He was bad last year, and still takes bad shots and gets out of control from time to time. But he's a scrappy little focker, and has a nack for making big shots. He's got some mental toughness and is probably our best FT shooter in the clutch. He plays solid d, usually while giving up 30+ lbs, is a good shooter, and rebounds decent. He's no allstar but he's a good role player.
Someone said Phil was a 'waste of a scholarship' either this week or last. I can't remember, and I don't care. Big win tonight.

Even if he was as unproductive as Benock on offense(which even I wouldn't be), he'd be worth a scholarship for his D. He doesn't just guard the 4 guy, but he dominates him normally, comes up w/ tons of steals and turnovers, and rebounds well for his size.
Plus his shooting has dramatically improved this year as well as his shot selection.

and great rebounds. Still have to get Ravern more touches. The guy leads the NATION in 3's. Give him the freaking ball. Honorable mention to Dee Bost. For a freshan he plays smarter and smarter each game. Great <17> win tonight. You don't win at Rupp often.
