Phoebus vs O. Smith Scrimmage

Highlight film doesn't show the methodical 5-10 yds per run play for O. Smith. It's been a while since I've seen such a dominant Tiger team. It was 21-0 after the first 1/3 of the game before Smith let up & then put in 2nds shortly before the half.

Pheobus has some great Athletes but their OL/DL was no match against Smith. I think most every school will have problems with them.

What's your thoughts on Smith's run game? It seems like their better teams always had a nice balanced offense.

Their run game seemed to be their focus yesterday and the passing game wasn't out of the spread. It was pretty vanilla but very effective. That first 3rd of the scrimmage reminded me of how they played to come back against Colonial Forge last year. I think they have the backfield & OL to play the power running game now.
