The Bassett game is a toss up imo. Dan River is pretty good. If they can score on some teams come playoff time, I think they could be playing late in November this year for the first time in school history.

FC just took advantage of all MV mistakes. Opening kickoff FC took it to the house. MV had 2 TDs called back. One defender stripped the QB but the called forward progress stopped, the other was a td over the top to lewis, but called back for illegal shift. Mv had all the momentum going into the 4th, down by 2, but a backward pass fumble, FC took it to the house.. the dagger was a punt miscue that gave FC short field. It was just a game where FC didnt make many mistakes and MV did. I think a few linemen also went out for MV. Good thing is MV can clean all that up, they still have a good team, and lost to a good discipline FC team. I still think GW is favorite in the Piedmont, but anything can happen.
