I loved when he held up the 22 % 23 signs, which I am sure meant 2-2-1 back into 2-3. Let's tell everyone what defense we're gong to play.

The issue with our press is that it originally covered many of our offensive flaws.

That’s why when mag went down our offense seemed to falter as much as our D. It’s an excuse but this time was just worn down mentally/physically. Margins are super slim when you can not score in the half court.

This, plus it's a zone press and everyone practiced breaking it.

Yep if he didn’t write it on a whiteboard Hofstra would have had no idea we were in a 2-3 zone instead of man to man.

Seriously do some of you think before you post or just use text to speech during your inner monologue

2-3 zone can easily be disguised to look like man.

Hofstra was too fast to press. We needed to slow the game down but when teams are chucking up off the backboard 3's and contested fadeaways as well it's tough
