I was raised southern Baptist. It was a church that had you there Sunday twice, Wednesday nights, and every event. Drinking was the devils drink etc, but my parents raised me to question everything. They didn’t want be to believe in Jesus because of them. So, I ran for a while and ended up finding Christ at State. Allen Hall on campus. I considering Catholicism and Presbyterian, but ended up Baptist because I don’t believe in Infant Baptism mostly. My church leans reformed, and is cool with drinking. We just preach Jesus. We are not an average baptist church and I think it is why we are growing.
