Mine is opinion. Same as yours. Proof is impossible. Again, a convenient, saving face PR out that Paul doesn’t have.
I think it’s preposterous to believe he would have left if there weren’t a budding superstar taking his starting role. Think about that. Without Cliff he’d have left anyway? Believe what you want.
The issue with your opinion is that the circumstantial facts around it suggest the opposite.
Myles played about 24mpg his last year at RU. Before that he was splitting time with the juco's etc. So he was already acustomed to a split role while at RU.
RU had no depth at center other than Cliff. Myles would have retained a prominent rotational role had he stayed.
Myles was an excellent student and graduated with honors. UCLA is an excellent Engineering program to complete post grad studies and make significant network connections.
Myles is from southern California.
Myles transferred to a program where he would recieve only back-up minutes.
You have expressed in this thread that you were happy Myles left....as well as being overall negative about his play in other threads.
When you add all this up as well as the fact that you are known for pretty much continually throwing negative shade towards RU athletics on these boards......your "opinion" comes across as nothing more than really a negative narrative.
