“We took out, and here's what they want us to put back in — We took that out. The congresswoman says, we're going to shut down government until you put that back in.” “Congresswoman Ocasio-Cortez in the socialist wing, the loon wing of the Democratic Party says, we're going to shut down government until you put it back in.”

Thanks.

Huge part of my survival thus far revolves around several factors.

Education: Studied healthier choices. Food intake is critical. Now drink roughly 1-2 beers/month. More walnuts, keto yogurt, fresh fruits and veggies. Splurge on Fridays. Devoured wurst (sausages) for lunch. Supper was Arby's double. Breakfast tomorrow probably Ranch-style eggs. Black coffee 2-3 cups daily. Green tea 1x daily. Regular hot brewed tea @, 2 cups daily. Lots of non-flavored carbonated water. Drink filtered tap water all the time. Salmon at least once weekly. I truly believe eating lots of oysters, mackerel, salmon and clams during first 3 months following initial treatment contributed significantly to my survival thus far. Lots of chicken and turkey. Little beef, maybe once week. I'll make exceptions when traveling.

Exercise: Average 30-90 minutes daily walking. Lift hand-weights 2x daily. I bicycled 5 miles each way to work for nearly 8 years., 2010-2018.

Medication: Eliquis blood thinner 1x daily. Tencentriq infusion every 3-5 weeks.

Attitude: My oncologist calls me the "Outlier". Should have already passed away. Made-up my mind I'm going out fighting.

As you alluded earlier, total healthcare requires multiple stakeholders. Patient is most critical component. We have best healthcare on the planet if patients dedicate and educate themselves,
I am playing the devil's advocate here.

My grandfather was a businessman. No exercise. Always a cigar in mouth. He lived to be 96.

My father was the same except he smoked cigarettes. Lived to be 89.

Both died of old age. No chronic disease.

I am going strong at 71. Mild exercise and everything in moderation has been my golden rule. No special diet. Mild drinker. Never smoked tobacco.

The only surgery in my life was for cataract surgery. The only medication I take are eye drops for glaucoma.

I am not questioning your approach. I do like the genetics I inherited.

Just got back from that Jason Aldeen concert in Tampa. Good show. Not a huge fan of this new rich boy country music junk, but he did a tribute to Charlie Kirk. That was awesome. Also talked good about kicking out illegals. So I like that.
Other than that. I heard dirt road, tractor, whiskey, dirty boots, and tractor again in all those songs

which was wild because the Nate Smith guy that opened up for Aldeen had the same things in his songs too.

lol, these guys aren’t real country

Let's address healthcare for what it is now. It's just "for profit" treatment. It's mostly elective at this point and has very little to do with "health."

They aren't trying to rebuild your body to a point that it can take care of itself. They are simply attempting to delay death by whatever means people are currently killing themselves or are being killed by others. They aren't trying to rebalance your gut bacteria. They arent trying to rebalance your hormones to appropriate levels for your gender. They aren't trying to get your mineral and other deficiencies corrected long term through good food or clean water. They certainly aren't trying to get your immune system to be able to fight for itself. In most cases they aren't even considering trying to eliminate the toxins in your environment and in your body.

Where exactly is "health" involved?

They put you on chemicals (they call them medicine) that mask your symptoms and hide the source of the symptoms. They give you treatments that mimic sickness so your body doesn't learn to fight the real thing. They even give you experimental treatments that teach your body to almost endlessly create its own enemies within itself, so that your body attacks itself (auto-immune disorders). Then when your body alerts you to a danger that could end your life, they kill off the guardian while also trying to minimize the danger.

I have multiple family members who are dead BECAUSE of their "treatment" rather than the issues that brought them to seek help at the hands of this system that treats people like they are no more than paper dolls coming off an assembly line. At least one of them had been dealing with symptoms of something else for years and the "professionals" never did ONE thing that helped do more than mask the symptoms. If they aren't trying to get you truly healthy through diet, exercise, and self-care, then it's not HEALTHCARE. It's something else entirely
Post of the month right here.

Well, you're not allowed to die. I'd be really mad at you if you did. You're too cool for that. So just keep staying alive and we can stay friends. 🙂

I have been saying this for years. They don't want to cure diseases like cancer because it is big business.
