That bra and sweater are putting in some hard work.

As a Cardinal fan, I'm forbidden from wishing anything but ill will towards the Cubs. So I'm all in tonight for the Brew Crew. HOWEVER, on a personal note, I absolutely would pull for Chicago if they face the Dodgers. The Los Angeles Dodgers are a blight; a pariah. Rick Monday (who took the American flag away from those kids that were trying to burn it in the outfield (see below) and Jackie Robinson are the only two players in their history that had any redeeming characteristics. If Tommy Lasorda made it Heaven, I'm going to punch him right in face, Day ONE, when I get there. Probably take some flak over it, but I stand by my decision.

Is it just me, or did Cincinnati's Union Terminal have the same architect as the Justice League?

Meanwhile, at the Hall of Justice...

It was the building they used for the cartoon, yes.

What a turd

Holy ****! This pisses me off so badly! I mean here this prick is claiming Antifa doesn’t exist. Yet, a few years ago he was publicly displaying their book! Also, it’s not like one can’t just easily do a quick search and find a multitude of information about this commie network of radicals!

What does MSNDC do?! Just goes along with ZERO pushback! Just like Trump rails about constantly, the MSM is so damn dishonest and full of propaganda! **** like this ought to be a crime! The media shouldn’t be able to knowingly mislead the American People! Thanks, Barry, you massive POS!

I was reading a discussion on a Cardinal baseball board. They were discussing " hot dog" players and the name Jimmy Piersall came up. They made a movie about his life called Fear Strikes Out. Jimmy came to bat against the Yankees after the first two hitters had received knock down pitches. He told Yogi Berra, "If you knock me down, I swear I will hit you over the head with this bat as hard as I can and I am the only man in baseball who can plead insanity and get away with it." Yogi laughed and said, "Jimmy, we don't throw at .240 hitters."

I was dismayed to read that the chances of Apophis threading the 600 mile wide "keyhole" when it passes near Earth in 2029 have been reduced to like 4 in a million. If it doesn't go through that window, then it will definitely miss Earth 7 years later on it's way back after it circles around the Sun.

Bummer...

I guess it doesn't really matter anyway. It's not big enough (about the size of the Rose Bowl stadium) for the impact to qualify as an extinction level event.

I can't have ANYTHING nice...

Now THAT'S a man worth quoting. You almost lost me with the Ed Rendell quote. LOL

That guy was piece of work...

I was talking with my Dad yesterday, and he said, "The Dems are so looney now, that it almost makes me miss James Traficant and Tip O'Neill" :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: (One time, on KSR, YEARS ago, Matt asked Ryan Lemond if he could name a Supreme Court Justice, and Ryan said "Tip O'Neill" LOL

Tip O'Neill had been dead for years

AND (of course)

He was never on the Supreme Court. He was never a judge, and ANY kind. Ryan Lemond. LOL

I can think of ONE reason. (2 actually) Stoops and Barnhart
It's beyond them. There is no will in the UK organization from internal to external forces top to bottom. Clear we're willing to just be fodder to collect $$ to spend elsewhere. Choices, man.

Late Fall, 2036: Kentucky Football is 11-0, going into the final game of the season against Louisville. If we win, we make the CFB playoffs.

We're up 28 - 7 and JUST as the clock hits 1 SECOND REMAINING, Apophis, being roughly the same size as Commonwealth, hits smack dab on the 50 yard line. Denying us a perfect season.

The only thing still standing, is the scoreboard, with the 00:01 still illuminated. Frozen in time forever. A symbolic monument to futility. LOL

Now THAT would be, the MOST Kentucky Football thing EVER.

What did you all think of our first look at the Basketball team? Comparing last years to team to this one, we look like a teenage kid that when you saw him last was a scrawny kid, and then, when he shows up to school in the Fall, he's grown 6 inches, gained 30 pound of muscle, and is shaving. LOL We've got the goods to physically punish some teams this year. And I can't wait to kick sand in the face of some teams.

We look good. Sucked we didn't get to see Oweh or JQ (as expected) do anything.

One thing I'm curious to watch is I think the expectation is that Braydon Hawthorne is supposed to be a 2 year guy...but man he looks like somebody that needs to get some playing time this year. Curious to see how Pope handles him this year.

I was surprised at how good and comfortable Jelavic looked after only being here for what...2 or 3 weeks or something.
