And with that admission they should have to pay every single cent of the cost for those legal proceedings for all parties involved. Every cent.

I miss the Blue Boar, ate many good meals there. Also miss the Southside Inn in New Albany, really good meals there too!
The Blue Boar. I haven't thought of that place in forever. I miss Turfland. It was the shiz back in the day. I remember that grill that was attached to Walgreens and that weird assed novelty store Spencer's. Much later on they added Kenny Rogers Roasters. Ate there way to much.

"I find it stunning that you say one of the pillars of your public safety platform is protecting children. Were you protecting Jennifer's children, when you said you wanted to see them DIE in their mother's arms?!"

"How can ANYBODY who's ever worked in any of the crimes against children, all of the areas of federal and state local law department, how can they ever take YOU seriously, be the top prosecutor, knowing that you view that children should DIE to advance a political agenda?"

"It's unconscionable, and if you were truly 'sorry,' you would not be running for this office - because you disqualified yourself."

I saw KISS at Rupp circa 1977/76? I'd had tickets for a couple of months. My Dad made my older sister take me though, due to the Black Sabbath Concert "incident" that happened a month or so before. I won't go into it, but I went with a friend of mine, and my Dad was NOT happy with us when he came to pick us up.  It involved something about what we smelled like, and then my friend Demo vomited in the back seat. So, I guess I DID go into it.

Anyway, I thought I was cooked, but my sister talked my Dad into letting HER take me to see KISS.

I didn't care for KISS after I saw them live. Too much silly.

WTF is the deal with these No Kings protests? It's nothing but pathetic performative political theater. I wish the libs were still posting on here to explain and justify this $h!t.
It'll be a great place for me to wear my old TEA Party t-shirt. Maybe my Hardcore Carnivore t-shirt to piss off the vegans. May have to buy a MAGA hat too.

So the fed gov has been shutdown for 2+ weeks now…how many people have really missed it?
Here is the thing though, all of these people complaining about government workers not getting paid is a crock. Sure, they are off and not getting paid right now (most not all), but I guarantee you when this is over, they will get back pay, and they will have been on vacation being paid. I know, I have been through it a couple of times when I worked civil service only, I did not get off. Essential personnel remained on the job. At my last job of 15 years I was moving troops from Ft Sill to wherever their next duty station was so, I had to be in my office securing travel. The military does not stop so keeping them on track was a priority.

I went through 3 of them and got paid each time. The last shutdown I went through I still went into work because my job was classified essential. It was actually nice not having everyone in the office. It's all just a political game. Even when I worked for the Fed I said that 35% of the Fed Gov could be cut (Minus the military) and the gov wouldn't skip a beat.

I like to bicker as much as anyone, but halfway through my last post about it (BIG10/SEC) it just hit me, that I don't really CARE. LOL
Your use of the word, bicker, reminded me of the old radio show, The Bickersons. I found a box of cassettes with it in the library of one of the ships I served on. Great, late night watch listening.
