Haha Dodgers cant buy this series.
I can't stand the big money clubs, but BJ's are way up there too - so to speak.

But the Yesavage story is cool. Starts year in low A ball & doesn't get to MLB till Sep 15 & then sets records for both most K's in a WS game by a rook & sets(ties?) record for most consecutive K's in WS, rook or no rook.

How's DOGE workin for ya? How bout the Big Ugly Deficit Bill? You raise cane about tearing down Confederate statues but cheer the demolition of the historical East Wing. National deficit skyrocketing. Farmers going bankrupt. Mass job layoffs. Unconstitutional third term threats. Huge increases in health care costs.
But you think its great because Dear Leader tells you it is from his golden ballroom.

Shinbone has spoken. I’m especially touched by his newfound dedication to the East Wing of the WH.

Some talk and some lead. This man leads.

Governor DeSantis directs Florida Board of Governors to pull the plug on the use of ALL H-1B visas in Florida universities! “Why do we need to bring someone from China to talk about public policy? Assistant Swim Coach from Spain on an H-1B visa! Are you kidding me?”

Floridians will fill these jobs and bringing in foreigners for less pay and to act as an indentured servant is over.

Probably would have been far better to have had him regarding these topics. Maybe we will. He and Vance and Rubio are all very young.

Basically, white taxpayers are slaves and are used to prop up over 100M non-whites in their own country.

Incredible.
Just the start. We send money all over the world in the form of aid, and send much more in the form of remittances from people we allow to come here to benefit from our civilization.

We prop up the whole world, essentially.

It’s not hard to see (or shouldn’t be, for anyone with eyes) why anybody like Trump who threatens to upend this arrangement is met with fury.

This is why there are 42,000,000 people on snap. When i heard that number I couldn't believe it. I know there are some that truly need it, but id wager 4 million people at most.

You can bank that half of those snap recipients are illegals. Its absurd.
Unfortunately, when more of something free is made available, more people want it. It's an unfortunate fact of human nature and basic economics.

In addition, these kind of programs create a government bureaucracy that is necessary to implement and manage them. The bureaucracy (think AFSCME unions) have a vested in perpetuating / expanding these programs. There's little to no incentive to actually reduce poverty.....quite the opposite, actually. It's been shown time and again going back to the Great Society in the 60s and the New Deal in the 30s that the government fails on a massive scale in its efforts to "fight", "cure", or "eliminate" poverty.

SNAP people I know also go to the food banks. Load up there. Sell some of the SNAP food or trade it. Also work for cash so they still qualify. Avoid a full time job at all costs. They will never give up the SNAP their whole lives. Kids just follow the plan.

I work at a food bank in Louisville. It’s amazing the amount of food we give out weekly. Many need it. Some definitely don’t but we can’t control that. Some take their bags of free food to local stores and sell the bag for $5-10 and then the grocer puts the goods on the shelves to sell. It’s maddening and sad at the same time.

It’s a way of life for many. Has been for a generation.

Back to the "layoffs and bankruptcies never happened before this past year"

Also, heakthcare costs arent soaring, they're going back to pre covid levels costs...thats what the D's are keeping thr govt shut down over, was an increased spending during covid and build back better that was to be temporary...which of course begs the actual question here: are you guys finally admitting obamacare was a failure? Remember when Republicans said incessantly 15 years ago that aca costs were out of control?

Lol, also, oh no instead of a cramped office space a ballroom is built. Just wait until you find out what fdr did with public funds to the white house.

I still see you will literally believe ANYTHING

Oh that Massie, not wanting to let wealthy sex traffickers get away with things, spend money we don’t have, and doesn’t want to be a puppet for a foreign nation. That silly goose and his principles.
He could’ve stopped Biden’s build back better or Covid relief Bill, one of the 2 if not both in committee, yet he voted yes to let it move forward.
Just think how mech debt and inflation he could’ve prevented by himself. He’s a fraud.
He raises hell about things he knows he can’t prevent, yet when it’s nut cutting time he bows, just like McCain on Obamacare.

Massie voted no on both of those things.....

He's not a fraud hes voted no on more spending every time, meanwhile Trump just allowed student loan forgiveness to go thru

Some ppl just hate dissent and independent thought I guess. 100% compliance only

Plus hes the only one that doesn't get AIPAC money...you know, bc hes America first

Also, hes the most outspoken FOR small farmers

More I think about this snap issue and all the immigrants (illegal or not) its just more proof Milton Friedman had the best view on immigration:

He said we should have free immigration but offer ZERO benefits or assistance.

His free market approach would stop the insanity. Except now it would require an additional layer because anti us Dems and their puppet masters would somehow just take over the handouts to ensure we're flooded.

Im still waiting for one of these treasonous bastards to be prosecuted or at least have funds traced.
