It will be a horrible year to be searching for a coach, but you only bring him back if you see signs that it will much better in 2026.

Even if it ends up at 4 - 8, the progress from last year is significant. It was the worst team I've ever seen and this year they are competing to win. If it is possible that there can be just as much progress with another year then the chance should be offered.
