Which fanbase will have the best showing at the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl in The Bronx?
I see the troll is back with his 35th different screen name!
Lou,I can see 20,000 for RU, 15,000 for Miami, and 5,000-10,000 neutral. So about 40,000 - 45,000 total. Final numbers will be impacted by the weather.
Well... I keep my house at 65F all winter, except when I have older folks visiting. We like it cool here. It encourages "snuggling".Who wants to go to 30-40 degree weather location when you‘re in 70-80 degree ?
Um... so what's the difference between "delusional" and "out of your mind"? Asking for a friend. Also you are absolutely delusional and out of your mind if you think 15,000 Miami fans are showing up.
Out of your mind could be temporary….. delusional..not so good.Um... so what's the difference between "delusional" and "out of your mind"? Asking for a friend.
I would think both could be temporary states.Out of your mind could be temporary….. delusional..not so good.
ummmm, me, especially if there might be snow involved, but I'll also take 20F in NJ over any temp in Florida every day. Florida just sucks.Who wants to go to 30-40 degree weather location when you‘re in 70-80 degree ?
Plus, like I said earlier, it's an opportunity to get out of FL. Nice enough place to visit. But if I lived there, I'd be looking to get away often, especially during the summer hot months.I think Miami will have a much stronger showing than some around here think. Their NYC alumni club appears to be active and fairly large:
Miami has never been a traveling fanbase. I doubt that they've ever taken 15,000 fans to a bowl any further away than the Orange Bowl.
I wouldn't say it "sucks" but, for most of the things I like doing, it's less than ideal. Visiting in winter is okay, though. I need 4 distinct seasons.ummmm, me, especially if there might be snow involved, but I'll also take 20F in NJ over any temp in Florida every day. Florida just sucks.
It's still nearly 3 weeks out. Most of our fans (including 90% of the people I know) haven't even come close to purchasing their tickets yet and a good # will wait to see how the weather is looking. 300's will eventually open up (****, they were open for Iowa State). RU has sold out Delta and Audi as well. One step at a time. Agree, however, that Lou is being a tad too optimistic hereLou,
Check your math.
Yankee Stadium holds 52,000. Levels 100 & 200 hold 30,000. These are the only levels for Sale. As of today there are still thousands of seats for Sale in these levels at Ticketmaster. A actual crowd of 32,000 would be a nice showing for this Bowl.
Also you are absolutely delusional and out of your mind if you think 15,000 Miami fans are showing up.
You honestly, truly, have NO life.Which fanbase will have the best showing at the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl in The Bronx?
Why not young twins like yourself and MS? I mean- why support NIL all year with half pizzas and not show up for the bowl and get some really good half pizzas in the Bronx? We will definitely bring more senior citizens!!!
Agree. Florida, aka, Heavens Green Room.ummmm, me, especially if there might be snow involved, but I'll also take 20F in NJ over any temp in Florida every day. Florida just sucks.
Yes, we have 18 days to the Bowl. I am sure many might be waiting to see the weather forecast for the Game. Fully expected the few hundred Audi and Delta seats would sell out quickly. It's still nearly 3 weeks out. Forget Miami, Syracuse will have the most fans !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They own NYC don't they(???) and going south for the winter means to the City if you live in Syracuse![]()
You're forgetting the giant insects and even larger old people who drive slow and badly.I wouldn't say it "sucks" but, for most of the things I like doing, it's less than ideal. Visiting in winter is okay, though. I need 4 distinct seasons.
Summers in FL are way too hot and humid. Fall is a nonstop hurricane watch - would get old after a while. Spring and winter are okay. But the place topographically boring. I'd go insane with all the endless flatness.
I would think the majority of people prefer warm/ hot Florida over northeast cold , hot weather.ummmm, me, especially if there might be snow involved, but I'll also take 20F in NJ over any temp in Florida every day. Florida just sucks.
Agree - there’s a reason people nobody comes north to retireI would think the majority of people prefer warm/ hot Florida over northeast cold , hot weather.
It's actually quite easy to get cooled off in cold climates, lol...Fact: you can always find a way to get cooled off even Florida. It is almost impossible to do the same in cold climates.

Not true at all - less, but not nobodyAgree - there’s a reason people nobody comes north to retire
Ideally having two places would be the move - the issue is having the money to do it, and being near kids / family also a considerationNot true at all - less, but not nobody
