Pop up blocker?

I use Adblock Plus.
It requires some setup - loading sites, looking at a window at the bottom showing all the different URLs that are loading with the websites, then telling it which of those URLs to block (generally anything that doesn't have sixpackspeak or yuku in the address).
In just a couple of tries, I've got everything here blocked and the site loads very fast.
Then after I tried surfing SPS from work...I shoulda times how long it took the site to load. It was ridiculous. So I installed Adblock Plus on every computer that I view SPS from.
