Niko Sahakian will likely be pretty tough coming off redshirt for Meatchicken.
I think Jax, Seidel, and Davino all bump up to 141. Vega to 149. Blaze redshirts and might be a career 133

A name to watch for is Kody Routledge out of Oklahoma state. He is stuck behind Dee and Rabidou. He is tough. Fargo Champ, Wrestle stat currently has him at #8 with the seniors in their at 165. Plus he's a true freshman who just redshirted. We'd get him for 4 years!
Any truth that the Frost brothers are possibly looking? Could make a lot of sense lineup wise. One thing to remember is Bailey has a redshirt still and people said he was wanting to use it this past year so there is flexibility.
He was another guy that was on my initial list at 165 before I scrubbed it. His family is all in the OKC area and while there is a log jam at 157/165, 174 is going to be wide open after next season. Routledge is an inch or two taller than Lockett and can probably hold the extra weight on his frame better.
If he jumps in the portal, I would love to get him in the room though. The dude took Nicco Ruiz down to the wire this year and he's got a ton of potential.
You can't teach the way Bael or his protege wrestled either, but they seem to have had some success at coaching, unfortunately.

Olympic athletes are all pros these days. It used to just be the Soviet bloc and other communists, now everyone is getting paid somehow to do their sports, including college (and some HS) kids.

You thought that was his problem? He could barely move though the 2nd half of his matches, much of the time.
Doesn’t do anything for us at 133, just to be clear. Neither of them can compete there.

He was noncommittal in his last interview about if he wanted to keep wrestling. Hopefully it's a short break to recharge and then he comes back.

Henckel was 20 in October so he will be 25 as a 5th year guy . And kem was at Iowa 7 years . So he wasn't old for his graduating class. So hopefully you keep that energy down the road

This years POS ncaas were the best in MANY years. A LOT of story lines/ upsets/ kids "coming out of nowhere" to make runs etc....
Being an IOWA fan, this portal BS is kinda fun!?!?!? BUTTs- for skools like Stanford, it may suck B1G time!!!! There was pretty good skool representation on the podium this year. Columbia, American, AIR FORCE, etc.... <<<< THAT is GOOD for the sport!!!
The more it gets away from this^^^^^ The worse it gets!!! Stanford ONLY a few years back, was losing the program!!! Luckily it was saved and they had a GR8 tournament!!! Coach just left, we shall see if any wrestlers leave???
Thing is, what keeps programs alive IF they in reality are just "feeder programs" for the ELITE!!!!!
Davino is not going 41. I’ve heard Blaze wanted to go 41 this year and will be going 41 next year.
