Crookham enters as a Grad transfer with 2 years of eligibility left. Would be a big get if he can stay healthy.

Great - now Iowa can get roasted for taking in an oft injured, late in his career athlete and then get reamed again when he tears his ACL next March.I see Mineo posting that Ryan Crookham is officially in the portal
Don’t you put that evil on us Ricky BobbyGreat - now Iowa can get roasted for taking in an oft injured, late in his career athlete and then get reamed again when he tears his ACL next March.
Crookham is a title contender at 133 if he can hold that weight and some of the super freshman move up to 141. I would love for the Hawks to get him. 2 years is better than 1 and would fit in great with a timeline for the new recruits that are coming in.Crookham enters as a Grad transfer with 2 years of eligibility left. Is he staying 133 for next year? Iowa could use him big time if so.He's a grad transfer
Yeah but have they had a line of personal team gear made and went out and did a signing selling event with it..............wait, oh, never mind.I can just tell you that I saw the Raneys walking around Cleveland at least twice, and both days fully decked out in Okie State gear. Head to toe.
Any rumblings with Iowa in the mix? Will slot in perfectly at 133 and gives Paul Kenny a year to redshirt. He's a grad transfer
Isn’t there a big Iowa supporter that also backs Lehigh? If so, that one might get a little weird.Crookham enters as a Grad transfer with 2 years of eligibility left. Would be a big get if he can stay healthy.
I'm in engineering but a lot of what I do is data analysis. @fivewords can probably vouch for my sports data stuff.
Why would Iowa be interested in AJ? They have a 2x AA, who wrestles the backside of the tournament, at 285. They have Luddington ready to step in at 197. AJ makes no sense.Larkins would be the perfect duo just because each is a need weight. And neither all-Americaned this year when both should have done so, but I still can't see them leaving ASU. They'll probably be some all-Americans we don't expect that decide they want greener pastures so who knows who will enter at this point. The only things for certain are AJ will enter and Iowa will find an excuse to not let him on the team again and Endene will fleece somebody else out of money before quitting on them again.
I could win a national title with that roster.Pay 200 million and get this lineup
125 lbs
Luke Lilledahl
• 133 lbs
Jax Forrest
• 141 lbs
Sergio Vega
• 149 lbs
Aden Valencia
• 157 lbs
Landon Robideau
• 165 lbs
Mitchell Mesenbrink
• 174 lbs
Chris Minto
• 184 lbs
Max McEnelly
• 197 lbs
Josh Barr
• 285 lbs (Heavyweight)
Isaac Trumble
could TNT win a natty with that team.
In today's landscape, until they wrestle attached at OSU they don't necessarily "have" them either. Doesn't mean they won't, but they flipped last minute before. Their current path to starting at OSU looks a lot murkier than a year ago imo.
It only makes sense if AJ can go down to 197 (rumors are that he was only around 220 at NCAA's) AND the staff thinks Ludington needs another year to physically mature and work on his technical development. AJ only has one more year of eligibility left...I don't care what people say about potentially having two left so it's unlikely to be a roster disruptor over the long term. Why would Iowa be interested in AJ? Like Mirisolas at PSU. Wonder how long that lasts. If could have landed Ross, they would be in the portal nowI think the question for me is what happens if one can get in the lineup and one can’t?!
I can just tell you that I saw the Raneys walking around Cleveland at least twice, and both days fully decked out in Okie State gear. Head to toe.
Iowa has had a lot of brother combos, and some worked out great (Brands, Steiner's, Zalesky's, Banach's, etc.),

You're trying way too hard - just let it come out naturally. This is a big shocker considering they are committed there.
You just named sets of brothers that are no less than THREE DECADES removed from college wrestling.
Absolutely amazing.
That’s no longer relevant. I’d have thought omeone so plugged in would have known that.
WANT.Crookham enters as a Grad transfer with 2 years of eligibility left. Would be a big get if he can stay healthy.
I just checked his Wrestlestat. He wrestled his last match 24 Jan so unlikely they would approve this past year as a Med RS.God this would be huge. Could he get a medical for a 3rd?
Not unless he misses 26-27. He had a redshirt his first year, medaled his second, and then was injured his third and fourth year. He will get a medical for year 3 and 4 but you don't get credit for a standard redshirt and a medical so it negates his standard redshirt. He should have two years left.God this would be huge. Could he get a medical for a 3rd?
Nowhere else that's looking for a 133 is going to give him better guys to train with than Spencer and ADS.Crookham enters as a Grad transfer with 2 years of eligibility left. Would be a big get if he can stay healthy.
Man such a different outlook on next season if we had the Raneys and bassett coming in at 33, 41, and 49. What could have been.Nowhere else that's looking for a 133 is going to give him better guys to train with than Spencer and ADS.
My man(uh er- can I use man here????) Anyway, I OWN F*** st!!!! When I was on their POS 2nd string board, It was ME against the whole board and I made em look stupid ALL the time!!!My man Iron, PSU has you in a bad place mentally. Do you have other thoughts, or is your brain exclusively sponsored by Penn State wrestling?
Was going to answer but, bellow beat me TWOOOO it!!!!Why would Iowa be interested in AJ? They have a 2x AA, who wrestles the backside of the tournament, at 285. They have Luddington ready to step in at 197. AJ makes no sense.

YEA^^^^^ CASH/NIL/POS ncaa SCREWED IOWA in 1 way or another!!!!Man such a different outlook on next season if we had the Raneys and bassett coming in at 33, 41, and 49. What could have been.
*Searches post for where I said it was shocking*This is a big shocker considering they are committed there.
My guess is Michigan or the good guys in Iowa City.Crookham is actually a student who takes real classes. He's headed to Penn or Cornell.
And 1 guy you named will be at 133 next yearNo chance he's a title contender any longer. He has missed too much mat time. Jaz/Blaze/Davino/Seidel would run through him like a hot knife through butter.
So anyone can enter the portal right now? Have you always been a try hard? This is a big shocker considering they are committed there.

I presume the paperwork can't be filed until April 1st, but doesn't really mean you can't announce your intention ahead of time. Endene announced his weeks ago. A lot of college bball players have already announced and they don't open until the 6th for women and 7th for men.So anyone can enter the portal right now?
Grad students can't wrestle at the Ivies, it's why they grey shirt.Crookham is actually a student who takes real classes. He's headed to Penn or Cornel

She/he does not know their *** from their elbowGrad students can't wrestle at the Ivies, it's why they grey shirt.
Just what we need - more damaged goods on our roster.. Good kid I'm sure but last two years couldn't finish through the tape. There are better options out there. Is he staying 133 for next year? Iowa could use him big time if so.
