Has anyone heard who we are looking at in the portal for basketball? I would nominate Jamarion Sharp from Western Kentucky. Dude is 7'5" and seems pretty athletic for his size.

Will any of the guys signed/committed for this class be able to contribute immediately outside of Hubbard?
Trey Fort and Jaquan Scott should at the very least be rotation guys next year. Fort had some crazy numbers in JUCO this year, obviously the SEC is a sizable step up, but he should be an improvement over Eric Reed, and could push to start.
We don’t know exactly what we need in the portal because we could still return the majority of our roster. Still waiting on some guys to make decisions for next year.
Sharp is a career 46.3% FT shooter, so he will fit right in.
Its worth looking at the roster and who is already signed/committed before discussing who MSU could maybe bring in from the portal.

I watched 1:30 seconds …this guy is a Big Mac away from being an NBA player…move’s incredible well for being 8ft 6 wing spread or whatever…the fast break dunk from the 3point line was impressive
I watched him play one night. He is a lot more agile than you might think. He can bang for some boards.
