You don't have the talent of Florida State...no RB On the Kentucky roster is Dalvin Cook and nobody on the front seven is as good as DeMarcus Walker...you saw what happened in Papa John's and you saw what happened this past Saturday against a team going into that game had only given up 3 rushing TD in NC State.
Actually what I saw is UK is the better team than UL in the only place that matters- on the scoreboard. [winking]

There is a myth that Louisville is a one trick pony with Lamar Jackson that is starting to get dispelled; at some point you can't keep overlooking the fact that statistically Louisville defensively is starting to keep company in total defense (10th), 3rd down percentage defense (7th) and rushing defense numbers with teams like Wisconsin, Ohio State and Clemson in particular. We're starting to see incremental improvement defensively with some individual players, most notably DT Drew Bailey and got a big shot in the arm from (r-Fr) DE/OLB Jonathan Greenard Saturday coming in for Devonte Fields. Getting Shaq Wiggins back at CB for the first time since FSU is a big boost, because teams have stopped throwing at Jaire Alexander downfield altogether since the Clemson game.

We are maintaining that old pattern of Petrino where we seem to overwhelm even good football teams at home and play a little lesser on the road--the first halves of the Florida State and NC State games were reminiscent to games back in 04-05 when they would hang 60+ on teams with huge days out of a guy like Dumervil and offenses that became one dimensional very quickly.
What a total crock of chit. It is pure gold reading tard posts like yours after the UK game.

Understand this... Stoops at Florida State, as DC, gave up 244 yards on the ground to Florida, back in 2012/13. His defenses are not built to stop elite running games.
Understand this.... your DC didn't have the intelligence to stop anything UK did on offense as they rolled your overrated asses to the tune of almost 600 yards and 41 points. Gran toyed with him to the point it was a joke.

Bump for the UL trolls who posted in this thread, but are too chickensh!t to come back and take their beating. I know that dagger to the heart by Macginnis still stings, but we want you to come back so we can point and laugh at you some more.

@phenderson, @red rage 2016, @ville 77, @Naga Saki, @CardHack, @Kratz, @tonyyw.@cardinals1970, @Tychorz, @EKYCard643, @rockycard... You all had no problem explaining things to us before the game. Care to elaborate what happened from your perspective? Some of you were pretty long winded about why UK had no chance.
I think Public Enemy said it best... At least we know those guys that we can talk too... I don't care to listen to people like Enemy, because he don't just dish it out... I respect him...

Myself just don't do excuses...when you lose you man up and tip your cap and be like see you next year.

That is what makes sports enjoyable...competition. Next season Kentucky should not and will not fear anyone on its schedule. I guarantee we feel that way at Louisville

I gotta give you credit for continuing to post on here and showing some class after your team suffered a devastating loss. If more UofL fans conducted themselves the way you do then I wouldn't have such a negative view of your fanbase.

they are all Louisville fans. I have no quarrel with a UofL fan thinking his own team should and would win a game, especially one in which it was a 4 touchdown favorite. More amusing/disconcerting/interesting to me are the UK fans in this thread who thought we shouldn't even play the game, since it was obvious we'd get trounced.
