Yep. The purpose of the next head coach won't be to make the football team better. The decision will be made to maximize virtue signaling.I'm the uber optimist.
It is what it is.
The sun will rise tomorrow
Franklin will get paid
KingLando wil continue to troll for a few more weeks
Who's is PSU's next HC?.....A new one is coming and they'll be a DEI hire. PSU's idocratic board will ensure of same
I said 10-2...but semanticsRemember when he said we will be no worse than 9-2? Now THAT is expertise.
Exactly…he has more $ than 99.6 %of humanity will ever know what do with…he needs to reach an honorable separation…TONITE!At the end of the broadcast, Franklin was standing there arms crossed, nobody in sight. He knows it’s over. Will he do the right thing, or dig in for money. That’s the only question left.
Of all the dumb **** I have seen this fraud do THIS was probably the most unforgivableYep. I have long been a Franklin defender but no more; you simply cannot go for it on 4th and 3 from your own 32 down one point with about 4 minutes to go with your back up
QB coming in for his first play after Allar just got hurt and you have all 3 timeouts left and the 2 minute timeout available. Totally inexcusable.
After Franklin exits stage left this week, who should be PSU's Interim Head Coach for the remainder of the season? I have an opinion, but won't share.

It would take more money than we will have post-Franklin. He is an amazing hc, and a but of a late bloomer.Get Cignetti !
And just like that, in a quick turnaround, they do something CFJ could never do: beat a top 5 team on the road.Indiana just beat Oregon 30-20
Well Cignetti beats Oregon at Oregon is that big enough win or still falling short in your eyes ... Cignetti can coach and learned a lot from Saban. Many here want him so we will see where he ends up or if Indiana steps up and pays him big timeI said 10-2...but semantics
And yes based on historical information we should be. Hell if you just use Allen correctly we probably are 5-1 right now. You fire AK after Oregon we're 5-1

A legitimate concern for sure I would think.Gotta make a change before all the recruits de-commit

To be negotiated. Franklin held a good poker hand before today, but not so much now. What is the buyout amount?
He’s not going from Indiana to PSU. Plus the king says cignetti’s no good because he’s never beat anybody.Get Cignetti !
any other threads will be deleted. One thread for the bitching, and that's it

Go get Cignetti and maybe not. We need a stable experienced guy has proven he can win and recruit while coaching them up. He has certainly done that in Indiana.Unfortunately that's coming even with a change in the coaching staff.
Still not what was saidHe’s not going from Indiana to PSU. Plus the king says cignetti’s no good because he’s never beat anybody.
Don't forget the upcoming losses to Iowa and Nebraska too. Actually, we might not win another game this year. We may look back at this season as the one in which we beat 3 lower division teams to start the season and then lost every Big 10 game. We might be the laughingstock of college football for decades to come.Blowout losses to Indiana and duh O$U are coming. Losing record assured for this season.
That’s not the look of something that is fixable. Kraft is deluding himself if he thinks so.

After the talent losses from last year, I looked at this team and was seeing something different than most. I thought this was a 10-2 or maybe 9-3 team and even at that I was way wrong.People want me to be critical of Allar
Today is exactly why he was an idiot for returning. Not only did we already know the scheme didn't fit him but he lost Warren. There was nothing to gain from returning. He'd have gone in the top 50 last year without question and now, depending on the seriousness of the injury, has taken a hit.
If he wanted to stay he should have transferred.
Dumb decisions have consequences.
