This win assures Powhatan the #7 seed in the region. This was also Head Coach Jim Woodson's and long time Assistant Coach Ernie Henderson's last home game as they will both retire at the end of the season. Both have been coaching for 40 years at the high school level with Coach Woodson being the Varsity head coach for 34 seasons.
