Former Auburn signee. I think we can do some good things with the kid.
Bubble screen to Jameon with him and Robert Johnson block sounds tough to defend. I'm sure he'll be a big redzone target for us. I hope we sign the kid. We have basically told the recruiting world - "screw you Sammie Epps, we think this kid is better than you". Guess we'll see.

Our staff had him way higher on their board and it is why they wouldnt let epps come in this weekend. They knew we were getting a commitment from a better player and didnt want to waste the young mans time.....
If what I read on other board is correct (like 6 catches), then I suspect he's a blocker more than receiver

read that he wanted to play for a school that was going to play Auburn...He don't like them to well I take it...seems they rubbed him the wrong way when they continued to recruit TE's after him...I love it

Do you honestly think that your staff wouldn't have accepted a commit from Epps?
That is laughable. If for no other reason, they would have loved to steal one from TSUN. Forget the fact that the guy showed out in the AL/MS game and is a h.s. freshman rather than JUCO w/ limited eligibility. The guy is a good pick up for you though. He can be converted to oline if he can't make it catching passes.

Well he said state and aubbie offered after all star game and he never heard another word from either. Sounds to me like he wasnt wanted. Those are his words. You could also see him crying about it on twitter all weekend.
