I think one thing that could really help the fanbase is getting Pope in front of them. His passion for our program and how much it means will calm alot of fears.
Press Conference ASAP

I'm worried about when he gets introduced. Hopefully it will be just media. I'm afraid some of the idiots who call themselves fans will boo him.
Aside from that, I think a bunch of people who are on the fence now will jump to team Pope as soon as he addresses us.

Posted earlier, he has to nail the press conference and start getting good players in short order. It will go a long way to easing some concerns.
Booing Pope? Pretend fan, bullshitesque behavior.
Dumbasses like u that give our fan base a bad reputation. He is literally one of our own. Give the dude a chance
Time to find another team. Anyone that would boo a UK player that won a national championship is trash. Boo Mitch if you don’t like the hire. Pope has done nothing wrong and needs support from the fans.

You wouldn't do it. Not on your own. You might boo with the rest of the mob, but you wouldn't talk to him directly like you talk about him on here.
A fan that would boo Pope right now should have the hell slapped out of them.
You don’t know me.
Set it up. Try me. I hope this is Mitch’s burner account I’m talking to. I’ll boo the hell out of you and your low testosterone
