Very low scoring, but in my opinion, nothing worthy of a stalling call. Glad the ref didnt insert himself.
Mendez is so damn good. Not used to seeing opponents cut a PSU guy lose to hunt bonus .
If Mendez does the “My house”, hand to the ear, or the finger to the lip deal I hope Scooter punches him in the sack

Mendez being a bit of a punk after the match. Pushing down on Davis and seeing if he could get him to react. Mendez is an absolutely incredible wrestler but I’ve never really liked him
Braeden’s conditioning isn’t improving. That’s the biggest concern.
Mendez is an absolute animal. Such a joy to watch him wrestle.
Right up there with Mitchell and Levi as the best wrestlers in their weight class.

Van Ness shoots again & gets a leg, then finishes the TD, 9-2. Van Ness cuts Fielding, 9-3. Fielding with a half shot, but nothing going. Van Ness presses forward. Fielding with another half shot & another. Van Ness with a half shot, 30-sec left. Van Ness shoots, but Fielding fights him off. Van Ness shoots again & again & gets a leg on the edge. Stoppage for locked hands on Van Ness, point Fielding, 17-4. That was close to nearfall for Van Ness, but he didn't get enough swipes, I guess. Van Ness goes optional & cuts Fielding, 17-5. Tying up & hand fighting, 1-min left. Van Ness shoots, but no luck. Fielding shoots, Van Ness counters & finishes another TD for the 20-5 TECH!!!

He must have missed that day at practice when they taught bellying out.
I think Mendez and Mesenbrink are in a slightly higher class than Levi with respect to their weight class. I still think Levi wins the title, but closer matches.
Agree. He was trying to elicit a reaction. Some guys are likeable winners and some are not. He is not.
Mendez would tech Desmond. I think Mendez techs anyone not named Hardy, Vega, Stanich, and Echemendia the rest of this year
