What am I missing with the PSU QB Allar?

Every time I put on a PSU game the announcers start the game talking about how good Allar is, then every game I watch he looks like the weak link on that team holding them back.

The D is good but in this game the O isn’t doing anything putting the D back on the field.
Also Ole Miss runs a good offense. The hurry up so the D cant sub. The QB makes quick decisions. Good TE and WRs.

Well I think they’re down about 5 players on D and Diaz has gone to Duke but that’s not all of it. I won’t read too much into it but you can take a little bit away.

I’ve mentioned this in the past, outside of OSU before this year B10 defenses don’t see teams that play with tempo or have capable skill players at the receiver or QB positions. Maybe Maryland a little but most aren’t all that productive on offense. This year OSU wasn’t even that potent on offense as they have been in prior years.

That’s why even a TCU could put up good numbers against a highly ranked Michigan defense last year in the playoffs.

I think USC, Oregon and Washington will change things up a little in that respect.
