Some suspensions? WTH, how could they look any more silly than the three that played (at a time). Also, who is the OL Chapman? Walkon?

James was suspended for academic reasons today...no idea on Quay. I'm shocked he doesnt play. It doesnt make sense

About the 10th tackle Broomfield missed I sort of thought we might see someone

else (If there is anyone else). Quay was a mystery to me, freaking give the kid a chance. He has shown that he can hold his own. Also, how bout we bring a linebacker off the edge instead of our best cover guy, just an idea. Today was a flashback of the teams of our past. I just hope we can somehow get it back together. I think LSU is ripe for the taking.** We still have a shot at a good season, but the attitude of the team on the sideline and the defensive coaches constantly yelling back and forth really concerns me.

Have you lost your 17ing mind? Mettenburger wont have to the throw the ball at all. Just hand the GD ball off and we wont be able to stop them.

I thought it was Quay who knifed straight through the line and forced a bad throw in the first half, but I wasn't paying close attention, so based on the other responses it was probably a fluke from Boyd.

** (Sarcasm) I have been watching. Still have my mind. We will not be able to stop the run. I was referring to today when we constantly sent Banks on a blitz. I still have my 17ing mind, maybe you should read the post before spouting off. I was a witness to the debacle today. I dont think we have a snowballs chance, but crazier things have happened.** (That means a sarcastic remark)

Point of the topic was Quay, I added Broomfield

He missed more tackles today than most SEC caliber safties do in a season. Have you 17ing paid attention to how bad he has played since we moved him from corner. Put the whiskey down and read the post before posting some crap. Were you at the game or sitting under your tent watching it on tv?

Quay is a freshman. Maybe we didn't want him to face something he hasn't played in before Like snow.

Totally agree, that is the only way they will be ready

should we need them. I dont know about Arrington, but he was a heck of a tackler in HS. I do realize this is not HS, but he is a safety that will be playing next year. Same as Jiles, Quay, I got so tired of watching our unathletic DT's not be able to recover. PJ Jones was the only one I felt really got after it every snap he was in on. JMO

You could be right, but he should have RS if he wasnt ready

It looked like we had a lot of play calls changed, screwed up, etc. Might have been too much to digest. Looked like we were out of position on a lot of plays so could have been some confusion. He was involved in all DL conferences on the bench and even joked about something with Wilson. Could have been a situation where he knew he wasnt going to play. I do like his motor though.
