Both were/are huge with more talent than than brains. So much promise ... so little effort.

What's really sad is that we actually got a lot more production out of Renardo than we ever did out of Quay. We're better off with him gone.

I mean football guys, but if you wanna say Renardo, I say no. He at least contributed for a year or two (can't remember if we got two years out of him-that says a lot) and helped win us some games. Quay had some good plays against JSU as a FR. Renardo actually showed up in some big games.

On to football tho...I can't think of anyone off the top of my head. I think Xavier Grindle had a lot of potential. Montrell Conner? Damien Robinson?

You forgot the fact the Sidney cost the university thousands of dollars in lawyer fees and single handily caused the demise of our basketball program as a whole. So yea, sidney was a way bigger bust. He was probably the worst signee in the history of Mississippi state athletics.
