As today is their first official day in the SEC, does anyone else notice that there still seems to be very little excitement about Mizzou joining but jubilation with aTm? I have never been that excited about Mizzou and would have rather had the couch burners from WV. Thoughts?

eta....because I speel rel good.

Just doesn't know much about mizzou. They are a great addition and a lot better than west Virginia could ever dream of being.

West Virginia would had been a disaster. You may find this hard to believe but their fans are much worse than LSU fans. And unlike LSU fans they cannot cook--- unless you like hotdogs and burgers.

of bad posts. Just kidding with ya.

You're right about people not knowing Mizzou. They're going to be a great fit. They'll finish 3rd or 4th in the East this year in football and be a top 5 SEC basketball team next year. Their fans are cordial and will be very welcoming to the SEC when teams travel there.

West Virgina fans are terrible, and Mizzou actually does have a great fanbase and a great tradition. Sure, it's not Oklahoma or Texas type tradition, but they are definitely a positive addition. Texas A&M fans have a bit of 'little brother' syndrome, but I know a few fans and used to live in Texas and they aren't bad fans. Honestly, I feel bad for Mizzou fans having to travel to all of the East games
