im pretty sure i just heard on the radio that state is playing ole miss in hockey tomorrow night at the bancorp south arena in tupelo. i was just curious has anyone ever been to one of these matches, games, whatever the hell they're called. tickets are only 5 bucks and i was thinking about going if it is worth it. i went to several t-rex games when they were in tupelo and they were fairly entertaining.

Bama plays their home games in Pelham which is about 20 minutes from where I live. My family and I went with some Bama fans who are friends of ours. It had a croud of about 100 people. It was fun. Kids ran around trying to get the pucks that flew over the glass. For club league they were slamming each other into the boards a lot. I'm not crazy about hockey and do not follow it on tv at all, but it was fun just to say I had been. Final score: Bama 17 Emory 3.
I got a message from the Lee County Alumni Chapter saying that the players on the team had to pay to reserve the BancorpSouth Center. If you're in the Tupelo area tomorrow and don't already have plans, try to make it a point to attend and help these guys out.
to all of you that came out and supported us. We felt like professionals for a night and we can't thank you all enough for that. As was stated before, we have to pay for the arena ourselves so we need fans' support and we definitely got it last night. With support like that we should be able to have more than four games in Tupelo next year.
