I have called them up before and received pretty good help.
Their website may not be completely up-to-date or comprehensive. If there's something in particular you're looking for and don't see it on the website, be sure to call them. In my case, I was looking for a sweatshirt with a particular color scheme. The website said they were out of the size I was looking for, but I called them up, referenced the item #, and the guy said he would look and call me back, which he did. Received the item in the right size a couple of days later.
