Say I got some bleacher tickets for the baseball games, isn't there a certain point in the game that they will let people from the bleacher seats move over to the grandstands (this is of course being that there are not many people at the game of course)?</p>

Officially, the sign at the game says top of the sixth, but I got to the afternoon game yesterday in the third and it looked like they weren't interested in stopping anyone.

1) The short, black woman is a ticket nazi; if you see her and you aren't supposed to be in the Chairbacks, turn around and go to the other entrance.

2) They don't mark them in any way, so if you know someone in the chairbacks, just get them to pass you one out.

It was the 6th this past weekend.

It's the top of the 6th inning now. It was the 4th (middle of the 4th?) last year. But I haven't seen them enforce it all much in the past during the midweek games. So you can probably expect to just walk right in and sit in the chairbacks in the midweek games.
