Candidates but all are better than Lebby

Jonathan Smith - might be the only one worse than Lebby. He's 3-15 at Michigan State but had a 10 win season at Oregon State

I thought Luke Fickell was going to be the next big thing when he was at cincy. I guess his downfall was hiring Phil Longo as OC
