Question on 3A East Playoff Structure

I was told they are doing a pod system? Could someone explain this and which conferences would be together.

26 and 28 are together

so that mean 25 and 27 are together (that makes geographic sense)

actually the "pods" are like the old regionals. The top 8 teams in each pod-region would be the first round of the playoffs
