Question: What is being built at the end of Hwy 12 near Walmart?

Tractor Supply is opening a store across Hwy. 12, on the road that runs behind Waffle House. And, up 12, next to Sweet Pepper's restaurant, AT&T is building a new store. Verison is building a new store on the old Coke plant site.

Nothing, except that supposedly Renasant Bank has purchased the lot (currently Nesco Electric) across the street from Central District Grill to build a bank.

At one time, they only built within sight of an Interstate, but I think they're relaxed that rule now. I've seen them in places that don't have an Interstate nearby (Tupelo comes to mind, and there are others).
