I don't really keep up with baseball, because I generally don't like the sport.
However, local ESPN fan talk show this evening was talking about Clemson baseball, and the fact that they might be running off their coach at season's end.
There were four other names that came up first, but Coach M's came up on the list, as well. He's a former Clemson ball player. I have no concept if it goes that far or if it's even serious (again, I don't know much about baseball shenanigans these days), but caught my attention just hearing his name.
I'm somewhat amazed by this post. Of course, everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you check the players lost last year, I believe you might arrive at a different conclusion. I just happen to believe he'll have this team back on track next year. Granted it's been a tough year so far. I just hope he doesn't go for the job at Clemson where he played.
