Don Denkinger - 1985 World Series
Jeffrey Maier call from 1996 ALCS
Armando Galarraga's perfect game
Last night's Infield Fly rule
Feel free to write in one that belongs with these from the last 30 years or so

1. Denkinger - The World Series is the worst time to do that, and he was indisputably wrong
2. Last night - Completely robbed the Braves of the chance to win, and it is at least indisputable that he didn't call it in a timely fashion
3. Maier - Terrible call, but it the Yankees were going to win that ALCS regardless
4. Galarraga - Terrible call, but it didn't affect the season at all, just one player's achievement. Plus, the ump apologized and Galarraga will always be mentioned in the footnotes of perfect game lists.

Thus, I stand by my assertion last night that it was the worst call in my lifetime, since I was born in 1986.

ETA: I'm going to stop telling my dad (who is a Cardinals fan) to get over 1985, because I'm still going to be mad about this 27 years from now.
