Ravens v. Broncos: since when can a kicker practice field goals

Between 1st OT and 2nd OT. Thought is was odd. Can u practice between quarters? I don't know the answer so I was curious as to what the rule was.

Mike Peirera tweeted a kicker isn't supposed to do it, but it's not a penalty

I guess it's the ref's fault for not noticing until after the kicker had already kicked one.

bad sportsmanship. bronco players should've stood in front of him..no rule.
