You mean Rebels lost to the 12 leading candidates for the new return of the living dead movie?? haha Maybe Frank Martin's speech worked.

The fighting Kennedy's had an RPI of 53 heading into the game. South Carolina's RPI of 205 will definitely hurt.

They just lost to a team that we beat.... That's all that needs to be said.

I'm loving this Rebel implosion. Great to see that punk Henderson get his mouth shut.

Alabama A&M would whip their tails***

I'm glad UM lost and will be glad if they don't make the tourney...

But I hate to see SC get a third win. I would like to have thought we could at least finish tied for 13th...

Don't give up yet

We may beat the Bears in Starkville. After all, we beat a team that beat them .... **

So this is what we've become

Our only joy during basketball season is watching Andy Kennedy choke. This is way better than being on the bubble with the recruiter. Why be satisfied with 20 win seasons when you could have a two win sec team that has more coaches than players?

Great insight. If you were expecting Rick Ray to have a 20 win season this year, your and idiot.

I dont think anyone would predict Ray to win 20 games not only this year, but next year, and the next year, then the year after that.

Im not trying to be negative and say hes a bad coach. I cant say that because he is completely unproven. But what I can say is this was a record breaking season in the worst way possible.

I believe he was just put in a bad position because he should have never been hired. If stansbury isnt pushed into retirement, state has 2 all-sec players this year (nardo' and hood), at least an 8 seed in the tourney (because of how horrible the sec is this year), and they probably wouldve already signed next years #1 recruit in mississippi (who I think is a future first round pick) Devin Booker.

Based on what?! The SEC has been **** for years. And you think Renardo would be all-SEC?! What the 17 are you smokin? And Hood? No guarantees he would be here.

And if you can't predict Ray to win 20 next year or the next or the next...how could you predict what Stans would have done, or what Renardo and Hood would have done? By the way, you're right, Stans may have won 20 in this weak SEC...which would have once again left us out of the dance.

Stansbury's team would have played down to their competition as usual and we would be doing the same thing OM is doing...and wind up on the bubble, and then missing the tourney.

And yea, we ALWAYS got those #1 recruits in the state didn't we? You have no clue what you're talking about. If Stans was here we would be a lock for the NIT and we would likely get knocked out in the first round by Ole Miss or USM.
