Don't know how any team has watched tape on us and decided not to go to the zone.

Of course, the biggest reason it works for you is Varnado. He makes it where the only way to get you out of it is to shoot you out of it, and we weren't hitting them late.

pentrate because it makes us a much better team and it has been missing until today. Reb's have a very good team and should be an interesting race.

He is the only person that can penetrate. We need him to keep it up. Glad to see Randy didn't try to take over the game.

Agree on that. In the man to man, JV can't create his own shot very well down low, and Bost is your primary catalyst for the offense.

I thought we went to Polynice on him a little too late. Polynice is our best defender, and once he was switched to Bost, the penetration and offense created by Bost was slowed significantly. We left him with Gaskins or White way too often, and those guys aren't good enough to guard him off the dribble, which led to the fouls and the open looks underneath.

The rematch in Starkville should be a pretty fun one as well.

he has regularly done that this year and thrown a pass to the other team... he did it in the first half today.

The difference is that #1 we won't face another SEC team that has a worst defender at PG than Ole Miss and #2 Stans took JV completely out of the lane for Bost it was not him penetrating it was a called play.

...in the Cotton Bowl and OSU ignored it.

You can never underestimate the stubborness and/or stupidity of a college coach (no matter the sport).
