made tommy look good his whole career. In easy games they make him look great. In big games it shows how bad he is.

I like TA, but it will be interesting when we have a QB who can consistently throw the ball. He hits DPE in stride and we drop it, but misses Reilly three or four times for TDs. Take away his ability to run the ball and he is sub par when it comes to passing and makes the offense look worse than it should.

He is bad. Besides deep routes...who besides Westy can run a route to get open without playaction...these receivers have been overrated as well.

Armstrong is what he is - he's done the best he could with the unholy marriage of his skill set with an offensive philosophy that he's not suited for. There were moments of happiness, but overall, the match could not be fruitful.

But today, he's hurt. His injury has rendered him a pocket passer...a statue. He is not a division 1 level QB without his legs. It's a fair question as to how we got to this point - where an injured Tommy Armstrong is the best option at QB.

Unholy marriage.....thank you for the laugh sir, it's about all I can do at this point.

Well...now I'm officially p*ssed. If Fyfe was healthy enough to play, he should have been in the game in the 2nd quarter.

TA was a lot better in his career then he was today. He's a duel threat QB. W/out his wheels he's not a good QB. He's not a pro-style QB and that's what they tried to do with him. Just awful coaching again. This is this staffs job, and their really really dumbasses sometimes. Made a lot of good players leave this program on a low note.

But I get they situation. We didn't have a choice. Coaches have to improve next year. Not asking for a wholesale. Just a few changes on the staff

Remember TA won Nebraska the Minny and Oregon games. That being said, when he can't run, it's like asking Tom Brady to be a wishbone QB. Check his combine results if you don't see how crazy that sounds. When TA can't run, Nebraska needs Tom Brady, and that just aint him.
