How in gods name can you compare this guy to Shea and Anderson? Coaching and recruiting go beyond reputation. You can see in the first 5 minutes of his interviews this guy has "it" His personality and intensity comes through the screen, you don't think that will help in recruiting? No one knows how he will do until he starts coaching and recruiting.

More than that, he is REAL and SINCERE The antithesis of the snake oil salesman at Penn State. I predict coaches and recruits will be falling for Ash big time.

Anderson and Shea had the personalities of a door and a door knob.

Not true! In the case of Anderson, you are underestimating the personality of a door.

The one difference between Shea and Anderson as a recruiter was that Anderson couldn't even recruit his own son to RU (true story).
