Well my interpretation of reaching out would be...

I can confirm this...that he reached out to MSU. Or more like...MSU said "are you sure" and he said "no not really". I have no idea who C34 is or where he gets his info. I know where I get mine on the RARE...RARE occassion and they are sometimes correct. It's just odd that I heard this not 10 minutes before I log in and see this here.
if he called us. I mean if we called him and asked if he was sure and he said "no not really" then while you could say Daniel is wavering in his commitment to OM I don't know that I would categorize that as reaching out to us.

What is "his camp?"...

..now recruits have their own "camps?" What is that? Recruiting code for entourage? Or a synonym for publicists? This crap has gotten so Hollywood, it would make even Paris Hilton cringe.

A "no not really" followed up with "hey, me and mom want you to swing by once more and talk with us".

The fact that you act like you know what ole miss coaches are saying and doing, much less last night, is hilarious.

Took us to the woodshed on Kincade? LOL that is hilarious. Did you take us to the woodshed on Duke Riley as well? Please get a clue...

You recruited Kincade, right? Some of your "in the know" posters were posting about flipping him in the last few months, right?

Everyone took Mullen to the woodshed in QB recruiting (which has been the trend during his tenure at MSU)...well...except for USM. You really showed the Golden Eagles their place.

We kept him warm on us for awhile, yes. Right up until we locked up Cord Sandberg in June(months before his MLB stock skyrocketed). Kincade committed to you over a month later.

You are nervous -- and it's showing. We heard for MONTHS about how you had beat us for Duke Riley, while we told you all along we'd cooled on him over measurables, mainly speed... Does Freeze suddenly agree?

You like a lot of other OMU posters are definately not authorities on MSU by long shots, but all of you post on our recruiting and everything else. So, how is that any different?

Well I for one would like to thank your QB guru of a coach for keeping Kincade warm while you tanked on Dobbs, O'Korn, Buchanan, and others.

Why would I be nervous? If we lost Daniels and didn't get Jones, we still have the best recruiting class in my lifetime. You are scrambling for Jones, begging for Daniels to give you a shot, hoping the Alexanders come through, and just stole a USM QB...but I'm NERVOUS?

Duke Riley is slow? Maybe so, but I'd bet he could outrun Benardrick Mckinney with a piano strapped to his back. Maybe Riley was simply too fast for your LB corps.

We wanted Riley. We stuck with him until a couple of weeks ago. He was holding out for an LSU offer and it wasn't a risk we were willing to take. So we moved on too.

But while you are bragging about how recruiting aces Mullen and Brewster cooled on him due to speed, please consider that LSU offered him last night. Call me crazy, but that LSU offer says a lot more about Riley than MSU backing off early.

Where is Ole Miss Journalist John Talty with the scoop? It's too bad we will not see any stories about wavering unless he fully decommits.

our USM QB also had offeres from Nebraska and Kansas St early on, then they backed off when both had a other QBs fall in their lap. Benardick McKinney will be all SEC by his junior year. Already getting alot comparisons to KJ Wright.

You are so 17ing concerned about MSU and our recruiting that it is causing you o post these long drawn out posts one after the other. Get a 17ing life man. Or at least go post this worthless dribble to someone who gives a **** and may actually believe you.

You wanna talk about overrated prospects, yet you act like we missed out on Buchanan?? He's a 4 star QB like you're a good friend of Deshea Townsends. You are making yourself look like a paranoid, douchebag.

Exactly, that was reported days ago so Coach34 waits a few days and makes his...

Auburn Rivals site reports that Daniel is visiting Auburn this weekend. Also says that the Alexanders are Auburn locks. Shocker.

So, while correct, this info doesn't exactly belong to Coach34.

prediction hoping there is something to the AU visit so the idiots who think he knows anything will be in awe of the condom salesman. I'm sure he will have some inside information explaining why Daniels stayed w/ OM if the opposite happens too. Pathetic.

So true. USM quarterbacks never make it to the next level.

Last I checked, we still have, for all intents and purposes the best dual threat in the country. I challenge you to show me anyone with better stats in a better league at the highschool level -- nevermind that he is a PERFECT fit for our offense. But because his draft stock is(significantly, at this point) lower than Jameis Winston and Anthony Alford, I should go ahead and mark him off the list? Yeah, let's just forget about him**

McKinney is slow? Really? Freshman all-american and #2 among freshman LB in the COUNTRY in tackles is slow? Hilarious. Yeah, Richie Brown and Beniquez Brown are "slow" as well -- nevermind that they are bound to an eternity in hell due to their allegiance to MSU despite the preacher's late push...And Matt Wells? Seriously, get a clue.

Well we got our No. 1 guy in Sandberg...

and really only originally planned to get one. Just had to go get a second QB after seeing Sandberg's draft status shoot up the board. Unfortunately, all the guys you mentioned we tried on were already committed to other schools by then and we were trying to get them as a backup plan to Sandberg. So I'm not surprised we didn't get the greatest of responses. Did hope we could at least get O'Korn to visit but I'm pretty happy with getting Williams and believe he is the type QB that can thrive in Mullen's system.

Sorry about ***** slapping your lover in the previous thread, but I don't want you to die.

Obviously, I was joking about the dying part. My apologies for not making that clear. I don't take anything that serious. Sorry if I offended you. I edited that.

So, you've got a 4* JUCO DT that you are about to lose(sound familiar?), a 5* DE wavering who is a grade risk, a 5* WR who is also a grade risk(more on this later), a national #1 whose highschool coaches believe is leaning LSU(and who wouldn't even say he was definitely going to OM to Chris Jones this weekend), and a 5* S whose best bud that wants to play with him(Kailo) is still concerned won't sign with Ole Miss... But WE should be the ones freaking out? Got you**

This is probably going to surprise you, but when you are recruiting great players, great teams are going to come after them. So while it doesn't joy me to find out that Reed or Daniels are visiting other schools, I just accept the fact that this means we have evaluated and recruited well to this point. When talking of these possible defections, I guess you totally forgot that you lost 2 commitments this week. One of which was your best commitment, outside of Jones.

I guess if you are MSU, you don't have to have concerns of players visiting other schools. You just try to pressure them not to, like Mix. Or you use pressure from their high school coach, like Jones. Or you don't worry, because they don't have any offers from big time or other SEC schools, like Holmes, Wells, Harris, Simpson, Clayborn, or Samuel.

So you tell me...which scenario is better? Schools like AU and FL working to steal your commitments or nobody that matters really pursuing your commitments (outside of Jones).

As far as Daniel's grades go...Am I supposed to be afraid because he is wavering or because he is a grade risk? Why are you agreeing with Coach34 about MSU getting in the picture again if he is such a grade risk? OM is supposed to worry about his grades, but this isn't a concern for MSU? Explain.

You take a WR in Donald Gray, who is such a grade risk that every school in the nation backed off except MSU. And at the same time, you think we are foolish for taking the #1 WR in the nation who may be a grade risk. Explain that logic too me.

I'm not even sure why any of us would worry about Gray, Treadwell, or Daniels grades at this point. They have 6 more months. They'll get it done, just like others for both of us in the past. Did you wring your hands all summer while waiting on James and Evans last summer? Because you are acting like anyone with commitments who may be grade risk should be terrified.

No point in even addressing your silliness about Kailo and Nkemdiche.

If you were just a TAD bit objective, more people would be willing to listen to you. You are nothing but a prick, the Ole Miss version of Coach34. You don't know ****.

Nowhere did I say that it's bad to take grade risks with blue chip prospects. I'm just saying that there's potential for alot of fool's gold there in your class. Everyone here is freaking out about how the finality of our class has so much volatility, while yours has EVERY BIT as much, and probably more. Meanwhile, you are over here nitpicking for at least 45 minutes AFTER I edited all that out of my post -- So, you worked on that post for at least an hour and that's the best that you could come up with?

What's it got to do with Elijah Daniel? Nothing. Yet you spent an hour on that? Good to know that you aren't worried**

It's hard not to look at carnies, standing there in their ill-fitting clothes smelling of mayonnaise. Doesn’t mean you should buy the **** they’re selling. But there’s a certain clientele that just can’t resist the siren song of the carnie, no matter how many times they’ve been had.

Ok, this tripped me the 17 out. Well done.

So you are saying his camp called to ask if there was still room? Did you get this from the same source that told you there was a 99% chance Wilson was staying. What do you mean "Is there still room for a top DE?"
