Had to be a great game for recruiting, with the atmosphere and the win. Of course, some of our best recruiting has happened on frigid winter visits with no home game, so you never know.

Couple DTs, couple of LBs, a rangy DB and an SEC-committed RB in this photo---would take ALL of them!
Most recruits at last weeks game were already commited guys to NU because of early start. Oregon and Fresno are the big recruiting weekends so far.

Feeling old... being 'lit' meant something very different when I was that age.
Daniels "might" wait himself out of a slot in this class...still planning on an Iowa visit and still talking with some others.
Think it may be first one N gets the spot. Watts' comments/feelings post visit will be telling IMO.
Also in good shape with Hutch. Going to have 2-3 solid DT is this class for sure
That @247CrystalBall might be showing some #Nebraska in the coming days, weeks, cycle.

Would have to think recruits at the Oregon game got to see and feel Husker football.
Have heard that some recruits are moving their officials to the Illinois game (probably already discussed).

For example, I am currently 'lit' in old persons terms.
For a guy that people have said we have absolutely no shot with he sure does visit a lot. Im hoping he sees the potential for playing time right away next season with the seniors we have. Would be a huge catch.
Joseph Lewis will sign with Nebraska.
I believe this to be true as well...and no matter the reasons given, I think it is important to note he has moved his visit date back to the first home game after Coach Dub's suspension is lifted.
He moved it also to be in Nebraska during colder weather. Wants to see the whole experience, seems like his coaches are a smart group.

They were all walking to the tunnel at end of game before the players, seemed like they were all pumped. A couple of them throwing the bones and waving up the crowd. One of the most electric games I have been to, surpassed Miami in my book.
Well one thing for the recruits who were there Saturday, the Game-day experience box is a check++. I was there for the Colorado/long field goal/Suh pick 6 to end the game. My wife and I couldn't hear each other and we standing together. I can't imagine what it sounded like yesterday with thousands of more fans.
The announcers on TV yesterday commented several times on how great the crowd was and the electric atmosphere!
Am I "misremembering" or did Huard comment about being able to hear crowd noise in the press box OVER his head-set and not being able to remember that ever happening to him before?

I remember Bama wanting Ameer as a DB too. We let him play RB, that turned out pretty good for both parties.
