B1G Ten refs want an undefeated Iowa in the Championship game. Fact! We have to play error free to win.
Heck, even when Io_a gets called for a perfectly legit penalty, they can't get it right and nothing is done about it.
ok, no more whining people, you are getting more than your fair share, and it's a shame the officials have to decided to make this their game today instead of letting the 2 teams decide it...let's have the 2 teams play it out and see how it goes...best team wins
Where exactly is Iowa getting screwed? Just because Kirk was upset they didn't throw another BS flag to rescue you from a turnover, doesn't mean anything wrong happened there.
I agree with this, i don't want the refs ti give us the game and i defently don't want them to give the game to Iowa. No more bull **** calls so save any team.
We have much bigger issues to fix than to concern ourselves with referees. Just my 2 cents.
Don't take out this at the wrong time, it was posted after the late hit by Collins and the hands to the face that coast us a fumble recovery in great field position. It wasnt posted at the end of the game as an excuse why we lost.
Armstrong's brain farts lost this game not the refs. That said...that officiating crew was....well...not good...
I guess it was the refs that threw 4 passes to the other team??? I have heard a lot of excuses from Husker fans for the loss and knew this was going to be one of them... You guys played tough and were flagged a few times(8). We were also flagged 6 times. The better team won the game imo... Just wish us luck and move on. I hope Nebraska makes a bowl at least for your seniors. They have earned it!
I saw both teams get screwed at times in this game, most notably the penalty against Iowa not going back far enough and the ineligible receiver downfield for Nebraska that Ferentz was pissed about. There was NO EXCUSE for missing either of those. That said, Iowa unquestionably is the better team this year and they did as expected in a tough venue. No surprise.
Baa haa haa, i felt Iowa was getting screwed. Perception is everything, depends who you're rooting for.
Hello...the OP was after the screwed up calls in the first quarter and they did screw up there....but from what i get, the OP isn't saying the refs lost us the game, they did effect some momentum in the first quarter though.
