Considering we lost to the runner up and all.....RebelBruiser said:I'll bet Memphis has something to do with this, trying to give the Big East a little bit more interest in the city.
I think it's funny though that the LB has fallen down the SEC pecking order though. Originally when it signed on with the SEC, it shared I believe the 6th/7th pick with the Music City, with the Indy Bowl and PapaJohns.com being 8 and 9 in that order. Now that the Indy Bowl is gone in favor of the Gator Bowl, the Music City is the 7th pick all by itself and the Liberty shares the 8th/9th pick. They've essentially dropped 2 spots in the SEC pecking order, and the sad thing is, CUSA's champion still probably won't beat the 8th/9th best team in the SEC.
rebel law said:they should have beaten us after we had 2 touchdowns called back, a fg blocked and returned for a td, they completed a td bomb, then got the onside, then got a 4th and 29, all to give them a chance to almost beat us. I will concede that MSU should have beaten LSU but in no way shape or form did LSU outplay us or deserve to win that game.
