Region 4 playoff format Question?

Winner of 4B will host the lowest seed. More than likely 4D

What does “Higher Seed/PR” mean? A bit clearer language will help those who don’t know what’s going on with playoff formats.
It means the higher seed based on power rating. In other words, the two teams with the highest regular season power rating will host the semi-finals. It's not predetermined like other classifications, for example, Region A vs Region B.
Not necessarily...If GW wins 4D, they will host a semifinal because they have the highest power rating outside of the top 4 region 4B teams.
I don't think they will win the region. I could be wrong but JF is looking strong. That's why I said 4B will probably host 4D. I could be wrong. It's just my prediction. JF beat Glass 56-0 for example and had Heritage beat not for a blocked FG
JF was my original pick to win the region but after watching them vs Heritage I am not sure they would be able to score enough points against GW. JF runs the ball very well but they lack any threat in the passing game. They also struggled to move the ball once they got inside the redzone against Heritage.
And I wouldn't use Glass as a measuring stick this year. They are not good this year.
