Why are the Mountain View Generals not eligible for the playoff this season?

I am sure it is because they only play a partial schedule that includes some private schools.

MV trying to revive the program. Low interest among students. Sad, they were a tough out in the region in 90s/early 00s. Always were a tough and scrappy bunch. Think Nelson Co has done the same thing.
